“HEATED” is an afrobeat-inspired song, that sees Beyoncé following on from the subject matter of the previous track “MOVE” featuring Tems & Grace Jones, whereby she is attempting to cool down from her enemies/haters that were told to “Move out the way”. The Drake demo was partially leaked on the 19th of June 2022, rumoured to feature Beyoncé. It was unknown at the time if the song would be released until the RENAISSANCE tracklist and writing credits were unveiled, showing a Drake writing credit. Read more on Last.fm.
