"Don''t Tell Me" is a song recorded by American singer Madonna for her eighth studio album, Music. It was written by Joe Henry, her and Mirwais Ahmadzaï, and produced by the latter two. It was released as the album''s second single on October 20, 2000. The song originated as a song called “Stop” by beloved Los Angeles singer-songwriter (and Madonna’s brother-in-law) Joe Henry.
